Ryan School murder case : Accused to be in Custody until proven Innocent
The accused of the murder of Pradyumana will be kept in Child Reform Centre in Faridabad. His case might be heared in Juvenile Justice court(JJ) or the High Court but until then, he will be in Custody along with other criminals.
In the Pradyumna massacre, his father Varun Thakur has demanded a case against the 11th student (Currently in Child Reform centre), in the same way as the normal adult. The Juvenile Justice board has this right under JJ law revised in 2016. The hearing is scheduled on November 22.
Regardless of JJ Board decision during the hearing, the students who remain in the correction house will remain there until he is mature. Several minors guaranteed the rate the rehabilitation of child, involved in severe crimes, is submitted to the process in the court of sessions according to this law.
According to Dinesh Yadav, Superintendent of the Child Reform Home, during the trial, when the adolescent’s juvenile (when he is 18), they give him information to the board, after which the board sends the young man to the normal jail. Even there, the youth is kept separate from other professional criminals and prisoners.
On Tuesday and Friday it is scheduled to visit the teenager in the children’s correctional home. It is believed that the parents of the accused teenager in the Pradyumna massacre can come to find him on Friday. During this time, they also bring the students’ course books, which will be given to the child by the improved home address. However, Kishore’s father also demands a guardian for him.
