L & T’s non-executive chairman AM Naik launches Biography.
In his biography L & T’s non-executive chairman, AM Naik, has explained how Reliance Industries and Birla tried to take hostile takeover to the company.This information has come out through his biography ‘The Nationalist’ launched today. At the launch ceremony ‘Mukesh Ambani and Kumar Mangalam Birla‘ were also present. In the year 1960, Naik entered the company as a junior engineer.
This book is written by Minhaz merchant. On the occasion of the book’s launch, all veterans including Maharashtra Minister Devendra Fadnavis, national security adviser Ajit Doval, Reliance Industries President Mukesh Ambani and others were present. On the occasion of the launch, AM Naik said that he started working at L & T in 1965, he was lucky enough to work at L & T. The company that worked on thought, lived in company and fulfilled his dreams.
At the same time, Mukesh Ambani chairman of Reliance Industries, who is present at the launch, named AM Naik as the real make in India Man. He said that he has known to AM Naik for 35 years. 35 years ago, AM Naik was an engineer in L & T.
The company is now working in engineering, manufacturing and project segments. He mentioned that in 1987 Dhirubhai Ambani had taken a lot of holding of the company.
