Footage of the shocking incident, which was posted to YouTube, captured the prankster dressed as a phantom awaiting a moving vehicle before the drama unfolded.
In the clip, the trickster blocks the way of a car – the driver of which responds by sticking his vehicle in reverse and attempting to flee the scene.
