Allahabad High Court acquits Rajesh and Nupur Talwar in Aarushi & Hemraj murder charge
The Allahabad High Court acquitted Rajesh and Nupur Talwar in the case of the country’s biggest murder mystery Aarushi-Hemraj murder case. Earlier on November 25, 2013, Ghaziabad Special CBI Court had sentenced both of them to life imprisonment on the basis of evidence related to the situation, against which both of them had approached the Allahabad High Court in January 2014. On May 16, 2008, Aarushi was murdered in her own house in Noida. After one day, the body of hes servant Hemraj recovered from the roof of the house. After 5 days, the police arrested Arushi’s parents while claiming that Rajesh had killed both of them after seeing Aarushi and Hemraj in an abusive condition. Talwar couple is currently hanging in Ghaziabad’s Dasna jail.
Justice AK Mishra of Allahabad High Court and Justice BK Narayan has given a lot of support to Aarushi’s parents’ for a long time and have heard patiently and have examined all the CBI claims. By looking at all these things, point to the innocence of Aarushi’s parents.
